Requirements
Japanese Communication Skills: Proficient in conversational Japanese.
Educational Background: Graduated from a University or Senmon (vocational school) in Japan.
Certification: Possess at least a Level 3 qualification in the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Bookkeeping Certification Exam (日商簿記検定試験).
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office software.
Personality: Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible in work.
Preferred Qualities: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and sociable.
Benefits
Salary: 200,000 – 240,000 yen/month (negotiable during the interview).
Bonuses: Twice a year (depending on company revenue).
Salary Increase: Annually.
