The founding goal of our company, "DAIUN Co.,Ltd," was to assist enterprises with their talent acquisition needs. Therefore, in order to partly accumulate more work experience and also support foreigners living in Japan to have a better future, I chose DAIUN as the ideal destination for myself.

    In the face of the global economy shows signs of slowing down, I understand the increasing necessity to find jobs to ensure life, especially in recent years, the number of Vietnamese workers entering the Japanese market is a vivid illustration of this reality. However, finding a job and living abroad has never been easy, particularly when unfamiliar with the laws, customs, and language of the host country. As one of these workers, I always want to find a solution for myself and have a desire to support my fellow countrymen. Ever since I entered Daiun, I've come to realize that this is the nurturing ground for that dream. Daiun, in its essence, offers specialized guidance and support, ranging from recruitment to change of status of residence or extension of period of stay or tax refunds, as well as assistance with pension matters, childbirth, childcare lump sum allowances, and more. I believe that working by heart will help us achieve our worth. I hope that in the future, our company's services will expand to touch the lives of more customers so that we can contribute part of our value to the overall development of the Vietnamese community in Japan.
