1. Job Description

• The company produces products focused on the printing machine parts (doctor blade).
• Processing and plating of products, performing plating work and related tasks.
• (Tasks include preparing products for plating, plating processing, grinding, hardening, etc.)
• The work is carried out by machines, so the tasks are simple.
• Each process will have 2 to 3 employees assigned.
• Efficient work with a small number of staff.
• May be required to lift heavy items weighing between 5 kg to 25 kg.
   

2. Benefits

• Monthly salary: 183,000 ~ 280,000 JPY (including overtime)
• Bonus twice a year
• Salary increase twice a year
• Transportation allowance up to 50,000 JPY (based on actual distance)
• Two days off per week according to the company schedule
• 10 days of paid leave after working for more than 6 months
   

3. Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• Japanese language proficiency for communication (no JLPT certification required)
• Preference given to those who can operate a forklift
