I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Introduce the main features of each vehicle in the showroom.

- Answer customer questions about prices, features, vehicle maintenance,...

- Explain prices and help customers choose the type of vehicle that best suits their personal financial situation.

- Assess the needs of customers and advise on vehicle selection.

- Negotiate and finalize the final payment price with customers.

- Introduce financial support packages to customers to reduce their financial burden and increase their confidence.

- Closing contracts and other purchase and sale procedures.

- Deliver the car to the customer after the procedures have been completed.

- Regularly call customers to make sure the vehicle is running smoothly and that potential problems can be dealt with before they become serious.

- Searching for new customers, expanding customer database.

- Make sales calls.

II. PERSONNEL WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Graduated from university, college majoring in business, economics ....

- Japanese level N3 or higher

- Sales skills, sales closing skills.

- Professional appearance and service attitude.

- Good communication skills, ability to persuade the opposite person.

- Understanding the automotive industry and the technical aspects of vehicles.

- Financial knowledge and calculation skills.

- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
